Arrive on University is a pet-friendly apartment community in Dallas, Texas located near Southern Methodist College and the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Our location also offers quick access to both I-30 and the 75. Enjoy the ultimate shopping experience at the Galleria Dallas, an enormous upscale shopping mall that is less than 7 miles away from Arrive on University. Also check out the many different local restaurants and dining options nearby.
Our apartment community is welcoming and offers a wide range of complementary and convenient amenities to help you feel at home. Take a dip in our refreshing swimming pool, pump some iron at our fitness center, or get some work done in our cyber cafe with free wifi. We also offer several services like a free shuttle to SMU, package receiving, and online payment options, among many other services.
Each of our one- and two-bedroom apartment homes include designer kitchens with granite countertops, faux hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and washer and dryer connections. Select apartments also include wood-burning fireplaces, private balconies/patios, garden tubs, and other luxurious in-apartment amenities.
