Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe have been here for a bit over three months. The complex is so quiet We are poolside and the residents are very considerate. Dog owners pick up 99 of the poop which is amazing. The office is responsive and so is maintenance. Love this place so much

Dillion is awesome he goes above expectations to make sure every tenant is taking care he is a one man groundskeeper,maintenance man, etc etc I can keep going . I just wanted the community and the other staff members to know that DILLION is AWESOME 😊

The staff which includes Manager Deanna, Assistant Manager Ali, Leasing Agent Melody and Maintenance Director Collin all do a terrific job of taking care of the Residents. The grounds are beautiful, and the attention to detail by all of the staff members makes Arrive a welcoming place to call home.

They’ve always made us feel safe through the pandemic and now that it’s coming to a close I’m sure they have some great events planned that are going to be fun yet safe. 10 out of 10 would recommend Arrive on University to any prospective renters looking for a welcoming apartment community

I am living in this appartment for more than 4 years.
Only thing which is worrying me am sure many more.. about lease breakage charges..
Please please please sit together and review charges once again. In all my friend's appartments, they charge only one and half month rent.
I would have bring many of my friends to Arrive On but due to the high charges, they are going back to different appartments.
Hopefully i will be hearing some good news from Arrive on team.
