Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesDespite the current world climate we are operating in, living at Arrive on University has been the biggest blessing There was a rough patch when the pool and gym was closed but very thankful to have made it through to the other side. Additionally, it was sad seeing Armondo leave but his replacement, Ray, has been incredible Very thankful to have DeAnna, Aliya, Ray and Brandon as our constant reminder that the Arrive is the best complex in the whole Metroplex.

It is conveniently located and well communicated. The apartment qualities and amenities are good enough and the staff is very attentive. I don't have any bad experience here so far, so I would recommend it to everyone.

DeAnna and Aliya are AMAZING They are such phenomenal hosts and don’t skip out on the details We’ve had Taco Nights, Christmas parties, game nights, poolside BBQ’s, paint parties, wine nights... even puppy parties for the residents with dogs You name it - they have an event for it and go ALL out For Halloween they even used one of the model apartments to create a Halloween escape room
When I sent pictures to my friends, they cant believe these are community events.
The maintenance staff is also spectacular. I had an issue with my balcony and Armando, not only took care of the problem within 24 hours, he personally greeted me in the parking lot to give me updates about my maintenance request which was just so awesome he took time to do so and very appreciated . A few days later, I had to call on maintenance again and he was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help me fix the issue. Talk about hospitality
This isn’t just an apartment complex - it’s a neighborhood. Everybody knows everybody and looks out for one another. We are so glad we have chosen arrive - our neighbors and even the staff feel like family.
