DeAnna, Elizabeth, and Aliya are AMAZING They are such phenomenal hosts and don’t skip out on the details We’ve had Taco Nights, Christmas parties, game nights, poolside BBQ’s, wine nights... even puppy parties for the residents with dogs You name it - they have an event for it and go ALL out For Halloween they even used one of the model apartments to create a Halloween escape room
When I sent pictures to my friends, they cant believe these are community events.
The maintenance staff is also spectacular. I had an issue with my balcony and Armando, not only took care of the problem within 24 hours, he personally greeted me in the parking lot to give me updates about my maintenance request which was just so awesome he took time to do so and very appreciated . A few days later, I had to call on maintenance again and he was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help me fix the issue. Talk about hospitality
This isn’t just an apartment complex - it’s a neighborhood. Everybody knows everybody and looks out for one another. We are so glad we have chosen arrive - our neighbors and even the staff feel like family.

I have so many great opportunities to workout, eat and visit downtown from my apartment. 1 Star off for my loud neighbors upstairs who don’t know how to walk without me hearing stomping all the time

DeAnna the leasing manager is so experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about the property, She helped me a lot during my renewal when i faced tough times. Aliya is awesome. Armando is so cool.

Nice people in leasing office you will always see smile in their faces even at 4 45 PM and User friendly website App for Payments, Creating workorders etc. Great events conduct every month. One day guarantee resolution for any maintenance work orders ofcourse Its not official but it happened for me all the times .

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesHonestly have been pretty happy here. Rent is a little high but the management has been phenomenal. Me and my girlfriend had a rough start with a few problems but they were taken care of and haven’t had any new ones.

However, great community environment created here Definitely best apartment environment I've lived at byfar. Love the customer service and events created for residents.
