Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArrive on University is possibly the greatest resident experience I've had. It's partially the Location Location Location thing. Easily drivable to pretty much anywhere in this lively and burgeoning area of Dallas Fort Worth. But beyond that, the accommodations are better than agreeable. And Deanna, Lalia, Elizabeth are awesome to interact with. There are fun events in the front office clubhouse which are designed to be well received by singles, family groups, kids, etc. It's overall a great place. Thanks.

I would 100 recommend living here if I had any friends in the area. They are sweet and go out of their way to make sure residents are comfortable and having a good time. The entire complex breeds an atmosphere of friendliness

With saying that the community with in our apartment complex seems very connected and homey.

Aliya is just plain fun to have around. Our Maintenance Team of Armando and Humberto are running a tight ship - most appreciated. Because of DeAnna's strong organizational and people skills, this community continues to be a very fine place to live.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe love living at Arrive. Our community is like a small neighborhood and everyone knows each other. It’s like one big extended family DeAnna and Aliya have been amazing with all of the events that they’ve planned for the residents - paint night, bbq’s, game nights, taco nights.... even events for your dog They’re truly amazing hosts and wonderful managers. Our maintenance staff is also amazing - they are so friendly and always get the job done They even check in on us every now and then, too. Arrive also just started a valet trash service which has been AMAZING They pick up trash AND recycling every day The only down side to the apartments are really the carpets. I wish the floors were laminate or hardwood because it’s so much more sanitary. That’s pretty much our only gripe. But we love it here

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLiving here have been amazing they only things I would change is the side entrance to Matilda to be fixed it’s a bit tedious having to drive all around when I live right next to that side entrance. Other then that my experience has been amazing the pools are always clean the gym is clean and the office staff are always helpful
