Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWe’ve been here for about 7 months or so now. We enjoy our time here. The events are fun neighbors are friendly. Our major issue is with the trash. We live by the “dumping area” and it’s always out of control. I think they need a large dumpster there permanently. The trash policy is also a little weird... it’s only 3 times a week with recycling being once a week. We’re paying for trash valet service but sometimes the “valet” doesn’t collect our garbage even if we place it outside on the allocated days and times. This is what’s causing residents to just end up dumping their trash in the back of the complex.
The way utilities are charged is very inconvenient as well. Our old property tied the utilities into the rent bill. Here it’s a separate company and not only do we pay water, trash, and sewage but we also pay additional “fees” on top of the bill for EACH service It’s absurd. The utilities also aren’t always available in the Resident Portal app on the first of the month. Sometimes they’re there after the 3rd.

When Trinity first bought the place from Lincoln Properties, it was a mess and very disorganized. They seem to finally have a good stable team which is responsive to residents. Love the community events that they have started doing They are doing a much better job of maintenance. Still not quite at Lincoln level but gettting there.

Here is nice swimmung pool. They offer chances for social a lot. Package system is good. Team of maintenance is very proffational. I'm happy to be here Thanks.

|Recommended: YesIt's Nice For A Small Place — For a couple of college kids with a rich background it's a nice place to live. Close to college. Close to the nightlife. It's a little crowded and parking is sometimes a hassle but the staff is nice and friendly. Maintenance always solves the issue the best to their ability and are extremely professional. Neighbors are now life long friends. Overall, a good place to be.

The activities put on for the community has introduced me to new friends and neighbors. It is a clean and family safe community that I plan on living in for a long time

|Recommended: YesWonderful Community — I was concerned with the proximity to Greenville and SMU that it would be loud and there would be parties on the weekends, not the case at all We have enjoyed the surrounding area, grounds, and pool. We always see people out walking their dogs. The office staff are so friendly and maintenance has responded very quickly to our needs. There is some noise from those on the floor above us, but has not been too much of an issue. We have enjoyed being here.
