|Recommended: YesLocation — I like living here, but I would have to be honest. The sound insulation is not as good as it could be, the grounds could be better kept and the water pressure could be improved upon. I love the management and the prompt responses to maintenance problems.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property And Friendly Staff — My experience here at Arrive has been awesome since day one. The property is very quite, neighbors are friendly and it even has a nice dog park. The staff is always helpful and courteous The main leasing agents Deanna, Judi and Nathan are great Their professionalism and pleasant disposition makes problems seem so minute. I've lived many places and never have I encountered such prompt, polite and accommodating maintenance personnel Armando and Humberto are always quick to respond to every request I've ever had. I love love our spacious apartment, pet friendly dog park and the fact that everything is near downtown. Perfect if you are looking to be near great shopping areas, restaurants and an overall wonderful experience
