|Recommended: YesExcellent — It is very convenient, located in a nice neighborhood. Easy to access different highways. Central Market is close and is an excellent place for groceries. The building is well kept and this past year a lot of maintenance and renovations from painting to changing shower-heads happened. Is clean and the staff in the office are super helpful.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThis is a really nice and safe place to live. Maintenance is super on the ball and very quick to help. The staff is super nice and are always looking to improve. The only downside to living here is there is no covered parking unless you get a garage, so my car gets trashed from the all the trees. Additionally, there is poor insulation between floors. I can hear both my upstairs and downstairs neighbors very frequently.

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Good But Neighbor Is Bad — our neighbor who lives at apt 633 always plays loud music at night and jump n walk all over the floor which causes a lot of noise. I have talked to him once, however, it's obviously useless. I think I should call the police directly next time.
