Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI really like my apartment. Still adjusting to my new environment, but the staff is wonderful, each of the ladies is so kind and maintenance has been very quick.
The only downside was I started my application in November, signed in December moved in January. There were so many wonder specials and my apartment qualified for at least two of them. I wasn't given any of the promotions, even after asking.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArrive on the university is definitely one of the best communities near SMU with great management and leasing team, they are very attentive specially DeAnna. The apartment qualities and amenities are very good not comparable to nearby communities at all with the same price. I would recommend it to everyone especially SMU students who want to live near campus, it is less than 5 minutes drive 15 minutes walk.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartments are newer and upscale, yet reasonably affordable. The carpeting, countertops, appliances, and overall look of the units are clean and modern. It’s not your huge, typical Dallas apartment complex, so you get a sense of community and personal space in regards to the number of residents that live here. The staff and management are super friendly and are always there to help - plus they’re quick to respond to matters.
