Please think about lease breakage charges, it is quite expensive to pay and one can't bear it.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe arrive is a great place to live. It is far enough from the highway that it is not too loud, but close enough that Dallas feels really accessible. Neighbors can be a bit noisy especially if you live on the lower two floors.
