Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesOverall it's good. No issues with the community. Would love if there could be more gates to exit other than the one right by the dog park. Additionally, as incidents happen at the complex, it would be great to be notified. For example, when a car drove through the entire fence in the back, no one was notified or made aware.

The apt has carpet only in the bedrooms which makes it ideal for pet owners. The pool area is never overpopulated. The only downside is that I can always hear my upstairs neighbor. However, there are more pros including the location is a perfect fit for my needs.
