Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGarbage policy is terrible. Short hours on select days to throw trash out at bottom of stairs. Looks terrible. Valet trash is when someone picks it up from your door every other day or daily.
Zero security cameras on property. You can do whatever you want whenever and won’t be caught it seems. Zero security patrols.
Office staff is great and always helpful and accommodating.
No accountability for individuals with large dogs who don’t clean up after their pets. Dog poop is everywhere from large dogs.
Maintenance requests always fix the issue the first time. They are super helpful.

The Office Staff of DeAnna, Judi and Oliya does a wonderful job of making this community a relaxing and comfortable place to live. Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe community itself is centrally located - Tom Thumb, Central Market, Parkit Market love them , Rusty's Tacos, 7-11, DART, and SMU shuttle bus all within our block. It has made commuting easy - especially since my fiance frequently uses the SMU shuttle to commute to school it really does pick and drop you off at the complex .
The resident events are always so much fun. They've hosted Bingo, Christmas parties, pool party BBQ's, Halloween parties, Chili Cook-Off, Fajita nights, even events for your DOG The managers put a lot of work into these events to build a strong community and it shows. Living at Arrive is like living in a small neighborhood. Most of the neighbors know one another and get along. We've made quite a few friends while living here.
While the utilities do seem high at times, I can honestly say that I have never seen a 100 trash bill. As a whole, our utilities average anywhere between 35- 55 month water, sewage, trash, etc . We have expressed our concerns regarding the high utilities and management said that they will be looking into it. Trust me, if I made a fuss over 55 mo for utilities, I'd pitch a huge hissy fit if my garbage was 100 mo alone... and it's nowhere near what the other comment is expressing.
Our maintenance staff is phenomenal. Armando and Umberto are just fabulous guys. They fix our maintenance requests quickly, stop and say hello, they've even gone out of their way to pet our dog and check in with us. I could not rave about them more
The property is beautiful with trees lining the perimeter.
