Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArrive University definitely rates 5 stars with me Due to the expert ability of our staff members, the property looks beautiful and is a welcoming place to live. DeAnna, our Manager, is diplomatic, responsive and pays exceptional attention to detail. Judi is helpful, charming and delightful to encounter. Our Maintenance Staff, Armando and Humberto, is second to none. Both of these young men take terrific care of all of the residents. I feel very lucky to live at Arrive.

|Recommended: YesI Am Resident For More Than 4 Months And Writing My Second Review As First Impression Was Very Good — Sometimes first impression is good but once you start living then you find a real problem, with Arrive On University that's NOT the case. We have spent almost four months so far and called for maint. few times for minor issues , they have always be on time, it's easy to schedule maint. They are very professional, courteous and approachable. Neighbors are also really great It's quite community and parking is available in abundance.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLove everything about my experience with two exceptions. Parking is horrible and with my work hours impossible to ever find anywhere near my apartment. Second the sprinklers which is my understanding being fixed. However they go off all the time and leave a river of standing water bug friendly seems like every night.

|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — I can honestly say my experience living here has been so wonderful so far I've lived in several apartments in multiple states throughout the years and this complex and its staff takes the cake Judy and Deanna are truly a joy to work with, communicate so well, and maintenance gets things fixed ASAP. The community is also very respectful and friendly. The grounds are always clean and looking great. As long as I'm living in Dallas I hope to continue to live here as it's a great place that feels like home
