Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy only issue is that Kevo is not very compatible with my phone but I guess it is the same as a regular apartment that doesn't have mobile phone access so there's no reason for me to complain.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is very nice, however it is old and the turn around on the apartment was extremely quick. There were plenty of things that were missed or done too quickly.
The front office staff is not friendly and often disorganized. It makes it unpleasant to come in sometimes.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAwesome, spacious apartments The remodeled versions are beautiful Have had a couple maintenance issues right upon moving in but response time was usually quick, within the day. I also love the pool area and the outdoor grills. The gym is nice but small. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMy fiancé and I moved in during the month of May 2018. We've only been here about 2 months so far but we love it. Roxanne was awesome with getting us settled in and taking care of our onboarding lease. She kept us posted and abreast every step of the way. Since we've been here, the property is well maintained, the apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are friendly.
DeAnna our manager just started up the 2-3 events per a month again. Taco Tuesday was AWESOME DeAnna was such an excellent host and made a beautiful display for the event When I sent pictures to my friends, they couldn't believe it was a community event - it looked so professional. Judith ran all around Dallas to collect tacos from different restaurants so that residents could sample different flavors. Which was super cool. There was a gentleman also working, whose been interning for the summer, that made such great conservations with residents to make them feel right at home. This Saturday they're having a pool party with burgers and hot dogs. Before we signed our lease they even had a paint night in the leasing office. I'm so excited for future events. They have been so creative
The maintenance staff is also spectacular. I had an issue with my balcony and Armando, not only took care of the problem within 24 hours, he personally greeted me in the parking lot to give me updates about my maintenance request which was just so awesome he took time to do so and very appreciated . A few days later, I had to call on maintenance again and he was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help me fix the issue. Talk about hospitality Thank you, Armando
I'll update again after a few more months but so far, it's been a great community
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesPretty quiet and calm, perfect for students at SMU but specially for grad students. The fact that the SMU shuttle has a stop just outside the building is very convenient.
