Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesRecently renovated many things and apartment looks more beautiful than before . much improved customer service. couple of things to suggst to reach 4.5 ratings . 1. replace old utilities 2. organisé atleast one social family activity per month 3. open some récréation or reading area ..etc

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe apartment is well equiped, modern, clean and quiet. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. If I got something broken or need help with fixing stuff, staff will send someone on the same day. Plus, I love the last manager Sonya.

Kevo is the best Only 4 stars though because the insulation between floors is really bad. You will hear your upstairs neighbors no matter what.
