|Recommended: YesNice, Quite Property — Arrive on University is a small and quite property. The location is close to great restaurants and feels like a safe neighborhood. In my 3 years there, I never heard of any break ins. Units are updated. Maintenance is very fast to respond to issues. The gym is rather small. Trash policy is a little strange as you just leave your trash outside the apartment building to be picked up 3 times per week. However, many residents are non-compliant so there is usually some trash sitting out at all times. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Arrive.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesThe staff is great and the maintenance workers are very nice and fix problems very quickly. One bad thing is the water pressure, which was awesome when I moved in, but then they swapped everything normal with low flow fixtures that suck.

I think if somebody can complain here, they complain everything everywhere All of staff are nice and they alwaye try to make this plase better from just coffee staion to the pool and grill even package system. Best thing is that when I get an e-mail, I can just feel so good because they always write it down very politely and kindly You can't imagine better than this. So happy to stay here

|Recommended: YesArrive University What A Great Place To Live — This is a beautiful garden community that has it all. The updated apartments are situated in a prime location of Dallas. Folks in the office, Brandon and Sonya, are friendly and very helpful. From the lovely pool area to the modern fitness room, this property has every amenity. The maintenance staff is prompt and eager to please. Whether you are a college student, a career person or a family, Arrive University is a welcoming home for you.
