They take the opportunity to know the residents. Sunny, Ashley, and Robert are first-class in caring for the facility and residents. Regular community events help to know the neighbors. Although not the most extensive complex, Arrive on University is the best in how it takes care of the facility and residents.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living at Arrive on University for 5 years now and still love it. The Management team and Maintenance crew are just amazing. The location is perfect and only 5 mins from work. Although the grounds could use some TLC in the back, it's still a beautiful place. The neighbors are friendly and courteous of noise and the pool is always well maintained.

She helped me get a box delivered to my door before I got there and when I arrived she had everything ready to go so I could move in right away. This transition was the smoothest I’ve ever had moving in anywhere.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIf you are looking for an apartment in Dallas then Arrive is the only placed Id recommend. Not only the apartment itself great along with the amenities, its the management and maintenance that won me over. The other reviews are very honest, this is the best taken care of property I have ever lived at. The first time I put in a maintenance request, he was there in less than 10 minutes. He said he usually can be there within an hour of the request during business hours and that has been the case every time. They changed valet trash before I moved in and the service has been on time every single night, unlike where I lived before. Sunny and Robert in the office are so sweet and I would feel comfortable going to them with any issue but there has not been any issue at all.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIt was pretty nice living at Arrive There wasn't much noise in the buildings as they are mostly separated. I wish the gym was nicer, but for the most part, the community was great. Management team was responsive for the most part and were always helpful. They didn't get back to some emails though.
