The community is small not big at all where you get the chance to know everyone plus the amazing staff have functions every month to get to know each other . It’s pet friendly as well . Grounds are keep clean as well . Pool area is excellent as well as the zen area .

My neighbors are simply the best, the management and maintenance team are amazing too. Sonnie and Robby in the office are always helpful and Robert is always there if you need something repaired.
I love the fact that it is close to everything and being 5 mins from work it a big bonus as well.
The greenery and trees give the community that homey feeling that I have come to enjoy and love.

However, I am still very worry about my package, sometimes I even hesitate ordering something online just because of the stealing issue. Its been months and still there is no camera in the mail room. This really should be fixed

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesGreat community to live in with great neighbors and responsive office staff. Been here for several years. If I could give a numerical rating, I would give it a 4.75 because there are some very minor issues but nothing significant.
They often send the same text or email multiple times a day and with all caps and that can be annoying because it feels like you are being yelled at. Other thing is that, in other apartment communities, they regularly powerwash the outside walkways and I can't recall the last time I saw my building powerwashed and so the ground doesn't look great.
But again, the responsiveness of staff and how pleasant they are combined with the good upkeep outweighs those minor issues.
